Gluten free recipe, pâté for hepatic function support
The liver is a very important organ with many different functions including the digestion and conversion of nutrients, the removal of toxic substances from the blood, and the storage of vitamins and minerals. The liver has an amazing ability to repair and regenerate itself, and proper nutrition plays a vital role in the process of managing your dog’s liver disorder.
For that purpose, we have developed Hepatic, chicken pâté with rice for hepatic function support in adult dogs. It contains a reduced amount of copper to help reduce its accumulation in the liver, and L-carnitine to support the liver function by facilitating the fat metabolism in the liver and to help maintain lean muscle mass. In addition to that, Hepatic contains inulin, a source of fructo-oligosaccharides, prebiotic which helps to support healthy digestion. This recipe is gluten free and therefore also suitable for dogs with gluten intolerances.
